Job description
• Align project initiatives with the overall strategic goals and objectives of the organization.
• Collaborate with senior management to understand business priorities and contribute to the development of strategic plans.
• Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and budgetary considerations.
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure a clear understanding of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Optimize resource allocation by assessing project needs and matching them with available skills and capacities.
• Address resource constraints and collaborate with HR to ensure the right talent is available for projects.
• Implement risk management processes to identify potential risks, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with project teams to monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project performance.
• Regularly monitor project progress and provide timely and accurate reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications:
Proficiency In Prima –Vera , MS- Project and other Planning Software is Essential.Experience in large Projects such as in Oil and Gas Sector , Fertilizer, Ammonia
Educational Qualifications
B.Tech /M.Tech In Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ C& I / Civil preferably From a reputed institution .
